Morning people

My kids are so wonderful in the morning!

Okay, maybe this is overselling it a bit.

Is this freakish? They wake up very happy and willing and just.... JOYFUL. Granted, "sleeping in" (as they did today) is 6:15 or 6:30AM, but I'll take it. I've started putting their clothes out the night before and now they come down every morning all dressed for the day. I'm very lucky to have easy kids going to bed AND waking up. (Scott, for those who keep score, is decidedly NOT a morning person, though he's gotten better since we've had kids by adjusting the hour at which he goes to bed....) Someday I should video tape them first thing in the morning. It's uncanny.

Now, it's just the other 14 or 16 hours a day I need to work on!
